At HomeAdvisor and Angi we take the privacy and security of our customers and professionals very seriously, which is why we provide a masked phone number bridge for all bookings, to put customers and pros in contact with each other without giving out personal information. The pro can't see your real number and you can't see theirs. This line will start working 24 hours prior to the booking start time and will be deactivated soon after booking completion.
To use this masked phone number:
- Locate the number.
- Make sure you're using the phone number listed on your account - the connection won't work if you call from any other phone.
Pros may take a little while to respond while they are in transit or experiencing poor reception.
